Happy Birthday, Andrew!

      Today the baby of our family turned 5.  And as I sit here thinking about how fast the time has come and gone, I can't help but feel a little excitement for this next phase in my life.  While I absolutely loved being pregnant and holding my newborn babies, I have to say that this phase I am in right now is even greater!  I love being able to play as a family where everyone can participate.  I love the fact that the kids are still young enough to need me, yet old enough to have a meaningful conversation with. 

      Andrew and I get to spend a lot of time together while his brothers are away at school and I just love this time together! He is such a sweet boy.  He still loves to "snuggle snuggle" with me.  He doesn't ever hesitate to tell me that he loves me, or that I'm a cutie pie, and he's thoughtful too.  He loves to bring me a can of soda pop from the fridge just because he thinks I might like it.  Yeah, he's a keeper!!  I feel eternally grateful that I have been trusted with the care of such great boys. 

      Andrew, I love you with all of my heart.  I want you to grow up with the confidence that you can do anything.  You are a special kid who brings joy into the lives of many people.  Happy Birthday little guy!
